4. Client Accounts

4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards and ACH transfers.

5.2. Billing: Services are billed according to the agreed-upon terms in your service contract.

5.3. Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

5.4. Cancellation: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any ongoing services.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to provide necessary access, content, and materials required for service delivery.

6.2. You maintain responsibility for your marketing accounts (Google, META, etc.) and any associated costs.

7. Data Processing and AI Services

7.1. You grant us permission to process your data using AI tools as necessary for service delivery.

7.2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data during processing.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. You retain ownership of your content and materials.

8.2. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and AI implementations.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We provide services "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J Alexander Marketing, LLC and its employees from any claims arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

11.2. You may terminate services with 30 days written notice as specified in Section 5.4.
